Leppo Rents in Ohio is seeking a Yard Specialist to join our outdoor operations team. This entry-level role focuses on keeping the yard organized, loading/unloading equipment, and ensuring gear is Rent Ready for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift, bend, twist, push and pull.
• Safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability.
• Curiosity about equipment and how it works.
• Team player who can jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload equipment and attachments for customers and others.
• Move equipment around the yard and between departments as needed.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment so its ready for the next customer.
• Perform basic yard maintenance (organization, safety checks, cleanliness).
• Assist with minor equipment prep such as greasing and topping off fluids.
• Greet and assist customers in the yard when needed.
• Support rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations.
