You’ll work with real equipment, perform basic maintenance, and help prepare rental gear to be rent-ready. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth into skilled technician positions.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus).
• Someone who’s hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn directly from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and greasing.
• Move and prepare rental equipment so it’s “Rent Ready”
• Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage.
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading.
• Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed.
