Leppo Rents in Bedford, OH is seeking a Yard Specialist to load/unload equipment, keep gear clean and “Rent Ready,” and maintain a safe, organized yard. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and daily variety.

You’ll work outdoors, lift and move gear, and collaborate with teammates. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; prior experience is not needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Enjoys outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift, bend, twist, push and pull.
• Safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability.
• Mechanically curious—interested in equipment and how it works.
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload equipment and attachments for customers and others.
• Move equipment around the yard and to different departments as needed.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment so it’s ready for the next customer.
• Perform basic yard maintenance (organization, safety checks, keeping it clean).
• Help with minor equipment prep such as greasing and topping off fluids.
• Greet and assist customers in the yard when needed.
• Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations.
