Leppo Rents in Ohio is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to begin a career in equipment repair and service. Learn by doing with hands-on training, mentorship, and room to grow into skilled technician roles.

You'll perform basic maintenance, prep rental equipment, assist in yard operations, and support multiple departments. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and outdoor work in all weather conditions, with paid training and growth opportunities.
