Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn a trade in equipment repair and service. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and room to advance within the company.

You will learn directly from experienced technicians, perform basic maintenance, and help in yards with loading and unloading while supporting multiple departments. A positive, safety-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/tech school is a plus.
• Hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn.
• Team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and greasing.
• Move and prepare rental equipment to be Rent Ready.
• Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage.
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading.
• Support rental, parts, and service departments as needed.
