Job summary

Innovize in Minnesota seeks a Technician Supervisor to lead technicians on days, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while developing associates.

You will onboard and train staff, ensure accurate BOM/MOM, work instructions, materials, and proper labor transactions; coordinate daily staffing and maintain ISO13485/GMP compliance. Strong coaching, problem solving, and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years minimum of leading others in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience, 2 years medical manufacturing preferred.
• Lean Practitioner Certification preferred.
• Experience in ISO13485 or GMP/GDP compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop technicians; support a meaningful associate experience.
• Ensure schedule is met through prioritization and ERP use; accurate BOM/MOM and work instructions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost targets; ensure accurate inventory and labor transactions.
• Provide coaching and problem solving to improve processes and associate development.
