• Ensure accurate BOM/MOM, work instructions, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain tooling, line clearance, and accurate labor records.

This position is responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Technician development in the areas of catching, rewinding, assembly, and secondary (off press) processes.**Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**1. Technician onboarding and development, supporting a meaningful associate experience: 1. Scorecard, PDM, training, internal development plans.2. Ensuring technicians have everything they need to successfully perform the job in execution of the manufacturing plan: 1. Training, accurate BOM/MOM, correct work instructions, materials, etc. 2. Determining which technician is supporting which process daily. 3. Ensuring schedule is met through prioritization utilizing ERP system.3. Ensure processes are meeting quality requirements.4. Ensure accurate job closing: 1.
