Job summary

Innovize, Inc. is seeking a Technician Supervisor for the day shift in Saint Paul, MN. You will lead technicians in the 500 building, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing staff.

The role requires post high school education, 2-4 years of supervisory experience, 3-5 years manufacturing experience (medical preferred), and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Lean certification and ISO/GMP exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Post high school education required; degree or certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience; medical manufacturing preferred.
• Lean practitioner certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in ISO13485 or GMP/GDP compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on assigned area and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development plans for technicians.
• Coordinate daily process assignments and prioritize work using ERP.
• Ensure accurate BOM/MOM, work instructions, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain tooling, line clearance, and accurate labor records.
