Job summary

Protolabs in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Quality Supervisor II to lead daily Quality Control operations and coach a team across four shifts. You will drive quality excellence, improve processes, and partner with production to meet high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop people, foster cross-functional relationships, and champion ISO-aligned quality systems while maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Quality or Manufacturing.
• Ability to lead daily operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Quality Control operations to ensure inspection and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to multiple Quality Supervisors and Trainers.
• Influence Quality Inspectors to ensure consistent performance across shifts.
• Partner with Site Quality Manager to drive performance, engagement, and improvements.
• Maintain a visible presence across all shifts to promote alignment and compliance.
