Pay Range

This range is provided by L+M Development Partners LLC. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$62,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming help desk calls via ticketing system, phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Monitor and follow up on help desk and email queues.
• Support remote facilities via phone, LogMeIn, Zoom, and MS Teams.
• Install and configure Office365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Support Windows 11 and hardware such as MSSurface, Lenovo desktops, and laptops.
• Troubleshoot printers and copiers (HP, Toshiba, Brother).
• Work with IT ticketing systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki, 3Com, HP, Netgear routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Install and troubleshoot VPNs.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design forms with Adobe Acrobat.
• Troubleshoot mobile devices (Apple and Android).
• Support VOIP phones, Zoom, Polycom, and video conferencing systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot iOS devices, Intune, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Dealpath.
• Resolve issues with Yardi, Payscan, and related desktop applications.
• Install and troubleshoot wiring and circuits, including cat6, FIOS, cable, and 4G internet.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support construction site and property management offices.
• Install and configure circuits, including 5G internet (a plus).
• Prioritize work and provide excellent customer support.
• Perform software/hardware upgrades, installations, and workspace moves.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Experience:

• 2-5 years in IT, preferably in real estate or construction.
