Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets via phone, email, chat, and help desk software platform.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware such as desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, document scanners, mobile phones, etc.
• Prioritize and elevate tickets as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the configuration and maintenance of equipment and software.
• Coordinate with vendors as necessary to diagnose problems, perform troubleshooting, and repair equipment.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory of technology assets.
• Based on a rotating schedule, serves in an on-call capacity per IT On Call policy and procedures.

Summary/Objective

The IT Technician provides tier 2 support of endpoint hardware and software and responds to support requests via telephone, email, chat, and online ticketing portal.

Essential Functions
