Job summary

Renfroe & Jackson is hiring a Full-Time Technician II + Crew Driver for our Naples, FL landscape division. You will perform manual outdoor labor and operate landscape equipment at multiple job sites, including tree planting and material movement.

The role requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with loaders and skid steers is a plus, and military experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual labor outdoors.
• High School or equivalent education preferred.
• Clean driving record/license; acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape labor at various job sites.
• Operate landscape equipment as needed.
• Dig holes for trees and shrubs; move materials.

Position Summary:

Renfroe & Jackson is urgently hiring Full-Time Technician II + Crew Drivers - in our Landscape division, headquartered in Naples, FL. Technician + Crew Driver must also perform manual labor at each landscape job location.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have personal "Smart" Cell Phone and know how to use it. You will be trained how to access multiple online systems on your personal "Smart" Cell Phone.
• Acceptable background.
• High School or equivalent education preferred.
• Clean driving record/license; acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Landscape Experience Preferred, working outside, manual labor.
• Ability to understand English; can use personal cell phone Translator app if needed.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Manually able to dig holes for tree & shrub planting. Experience operating loader & skid steer to move landscape materials & plant trees a PLUS.
• Experience laying mulch & sod, or ability to learn correct process.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to our office on Garland Road, Naples.
• Military experience is highly valued.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
