The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Gainesville, FL is hiring full-time Install Techs. You will install trees, shrubs, and landscape materials, assist with site prep, grading, and cleanup, and operate hand tools and power equipment on residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Must have physical stamina for heavy outdoor labor in Florida heat.

• Experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or heavy outdoor construction.

Responsibilities

• Install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials.
• Assist with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, hand tools).
• Work with Crew Leader to complete residential and commercial jobs on schedule.
