Job Overview

Juniper is a full‑service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. The role is a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and complete jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Move soil, equipment, and materials
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
