Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a dual driver/crewmember for our landscape maintenance teams. The role includes driving a company truck and trailer and supporting the crew on job sites to deliver high-quality landscapes.

You will perform landscape duties with hand and power tools, inspect vehicles daily, and work outdoors in various conditions. A valid license and MVR check are required, with landscaping experience preferred and bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a motor vehicle record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulching, and general landscape maintenance).
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Bonita Springs, FL 34135, Job Category: Technical Labor; Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills:
