Job summary

Estate Landscaping is a family-owned landscaping company serving Southwest Florida. We are seeking a Landscaping Driver to maintain properties in Fort Myers and surrounding areas. You will join a supportive team, enjoy a four-day workweek, and grow within a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and can pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Some landscaping experience is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license (3 years).
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Some experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and vehicles with or without trailers.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and secure landscaping equipment, such as mowers, gas cans, and tools, onto company trucks and trailers.
• Drive company vehicles, including NPR trucks and trailers, to and from job sites in the SWFL area.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers to maintain turf, walkways, and landscaped areas.
• Prune shrubs and trees, remove weeds and debris, and ensure job sites remain clean and professional.
• Report equipment or property issues to supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality landscaping services.
