Main Event is seeking a Technician II to maintain and repair arcade games and related systems, ensuring safe and smooth operation for guests. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot game issues, manage inventory, and support a clean, organized shop environment while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is essential
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools; ability to use and handle tools
• Ability to work on ladders
• Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices; ability to wear PPE
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance work
• Troubleshooting repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassembling, replacing, and repairing mechanical and electrical components
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ordering supplies, tools, and materials as needed
• Maintaining the mechanic shop and facility
• Paid on-the-job training
