Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician II to maintain and repair our games and entertainment options, ensuring safe and proper operation across the center. You will support the maintenance of equipment, building, and systems while delivering high standards of safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include electrical, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory control, and adapting to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1+ years of repair/maintenance experience with automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 250 lbs.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and act as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games and equipment.
• Disassemble and replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Order supplies and keep the mechanic shop organized.
