Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Technician to maintain and repair our bowling, arcade, and entertainment systems. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance while keeping tools and parts organized in a clean, safe shop.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting various games and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and assisting guests with a friendly, FUN-focused approach. Ongoing training is provided and opportunities to advance to Technician Trainer are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Guest-focused mindset required.
• Teamwork is essential; collaboration across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical/electrical components and wiring.
• Maintain inventory records and organize the mechanic shop and facility.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards; engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
