Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is looking for a dedicated Technician (Tech III) to maintain and repair our games and entertainment systems. You will ensure safety, sanitation and smooth operations, while engaging guests with a FUN attitude.

The role emphasizes hands-on electrical, mechanical, and systems work, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment venue. Join us and help keep our centers running and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 2+ years in repair/maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn/use multiple systems supporting the business.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to work on ladders and to lift up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and PPE usage.
• Able to communicate with management, team and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble/replace/repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies and materials as needed.
• Keep mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
• Support Center operations in absence of Technical Services Manager.
• Paid on-the-job training.
