Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Technician I - Shop to support the maintenance and repair of construction equipment. You will work on diesel/gas engines, hydraulics, electrics, and drivetrains with basic diagnostic tools in a shop setting.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (40–45 hours) with pay ranging by experience and a strong array of perks, including uniforms, boot allowance, and free gear rental. Weekly pay and benefits reflect our commitment to people.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience maintaining construction equipment or graduation from an accredited technical institute.
• Basic maintenance understanding of diesel engines, electrical fundamentals, hydraulics, gas engines and drivetrains.
• Basic understanding of schematics, diagnostic software, and welding methods.
• High quality work ethic and willingness to learn.
