Just as important, you’ll represent SitePro with the professionalism, care, and integrity our customers have come to expect.## What You’ll Do* Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment including engines, electric motors, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical and lifting systems.* Troubleshoot problems and inspect equipment to identify failures, potential issues, and safety concerns before they become bigger problems.* Work safely and take care of your workspace, following proper procedures for blocking, chocking, chaining, component removal, basic welding, and equipment repair.* Keep the work moving by documenting repairs, maintaining needed parts and supplies, completing required training, and following SitePro, DOT, OSHA, and other applicable safety standards.## What You’ll Bring* 1+ year of equipment repair or related industry experience, along with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.* Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the technical knowledge to diagnose and repair material handling equipment.* A customer-first mindset with clear communication skills and a commitment to dependable, professional service.* A Safety-First attitude and willingness to grow. Mechanical or trade school training and repair certifications are preferred.
