Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes are hiring a Custodial Technician I to clean and maintain tribal buildings, ensuring a safe, orderly environment for staff and visitors.

You will assist with event setup and cleanup, and handle building and equipment rentals as needed; a valid WA driver's license may be required. This is a full-time position paying $20 per hour, with pre-employment background check and agility exam as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working independently preferred.
• Experience working with cleaning chemicals and/or solvents preferred.
• Must pass an agility exam to determine if physically capable of performing essential job functions.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

JOB SUMMARY

The Custodial Technician I is responsible for keeping and maintaining tribal buildings in a clean and orderly manner.Assists with building preparation for tribal events and maintenance during events and assist with building and equipment rentals.

COMPENSATION

$20.00 hr.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working independently preferred.
• Experience working with cleaning chemicals and/or solvents preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

• WA State Driver’s License (Personal Auto Insurance)
• Must pass anAgility exam to determine if physically capable of performing essential job functions.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
