The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to provide support for real estate development, acquisitions, and property tax programs affecting Reservation and non-Reservation property transfers.

This regular Full-Time position administers tribal titles, real estate regulations, and related processes, emphasizing accuracy, confidentiality, and public service.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred in Public Administration, Business Administration, Community Development or related field; experience may substitute degree.

Responsabilidades

• Support real estate development, acquisitions, property tax implementation and management for on- and off-Reservation transfers.
• Administer Tribal titles and regulations governing Real Estate Excise Tax and Land Occupation Use Tax processes.

JOB SUMMARY

The Real Estate Specialist position provides overall support for real estate development, acquisitions, property tax implementation and management related to both on and off Reservation property transfers. This position will provide public services by Administering Tribal titles and regulations governing Real Estate Excise Tax and Land Occupation Use Tax processes.

COMPENSATION

$27.62 hr.

Minimum Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Community Development or related field. *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis

Minimum Related Experience

• Two (2) years of working experience with confidential documents and information
• Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs
• One (1) year of experience utilizing communication and public relations skills
• Experience in Property Management/Real Estate or related field. Preferred

Skills Testing

• Math

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

• WA State Driver's License. (Personal Automobile Insurance)
• Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
