Job summary

Amtel Repair | CPR-South Jordan is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician to repair phones, tablets and other electronics. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, delivering outstanding service and learning about the latest tech.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
