Amtel Repair | CPR-Peoria is hiring a Cell Phone Repair Technician to diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other electronics, with an all-in pay including base and bonuses of $16-$18 per hour.

You will engage customers, identify device needs, perform repairs, and stay current with new tech. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required; sales experience is a plus, with advancement opportunities offered.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience required.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronics.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Cell Phone Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
