Job summary

Amtel Repair in Provo, UT is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our world-class team. You will diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other devices, delivering outstanding service to our customers.

We offer base pay with bonuses, health benefits, PTO, 401(k), pay advances, and opportunities for promotion. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Wireless device repair certifications are a plus (Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.
