Job summary

Amtel Wireless is hiring a Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. You will engage customers, assess their device needs, and deliver outstanding service by repairing phones, tablets, and other electronics. Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
