Responsibilities

• Playbooks: Develop and maintain operational and support playbooks for technical and nontechnical teams.
• User manuals and guides: Create and update user manuals and getting started guides.
• Release notes: Write clear release notes for product updates and bug fixes.
• Process documentation: Document internal workflows and procedures for consistency and knowledge transfer.
• Information gathering: Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, PMs and support teams to gather info.
• Editing and proofreading: Edit, proofread and format documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Audience analysis: Tailor content to different user groups.
• Tool management: Manage docs in CMS and related tools.
