Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing.
• Experience creating client-facing technical documentation for software, technology, or enterprise products.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content organization skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar documentation and project management tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Implementation Guides, Technical Reference Documents, Program Guides, Best Practices, FAQs and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to document product features, technical requirements, and integration processes.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with style and quality standards.
• Manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, including content intake, review cycles, approvals, publication, and maintenance.
• Prioritize and track documentation requests through JIRA and coordinate review meetings with global product teams.
• Maintain documentation inventories, version control, publication schedules, and status reports.
• Build and manage capacity planning workbooks to track deliverables, deadlines, and SLAs.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI technologies for content drafting, editing, quality reviews, and process improvement.
• Drive accountability among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and documentation updates.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
