Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids for manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operations to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Research and analyze technical information from multiple sources to produce user-focused documentation.
• Edit and proofread materials for clarity, consistency, and alignment with company style guidelines.
• Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking to meet deadlines and quality standards.
