CTG, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Technical Writer to develop, update, and improve technical documentation for manufacturing and engineering teams in Fairport, NY. You will create work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids, collaborating with engineers and operators to research technical information and ensure clarity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical writing experience, excellent editing and communication skills, and strong MS Office

Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, or technical documentation
Strong research, organization, editing, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
