Qualifications

• 3+ years technical writing experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• ISO 9101 / AS9100
• Technical documentation, SOP, and work instruction experience
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• PTC Windchill experience preferred
• Ability to understand and document complex technical processes

Responsibilities

• Technical Writer II responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and job aids for manufacturing and engineering teams.
