Responsibilities

• Documentation Creation: Develop and improve work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids.

• Research: Analyze technical information from various sources to create comprehensive documentation.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review documentation for clarity and consistency with company style.
• Basic Project Management: Plan, schedule, and track documentation projects to meet deadlines.
