Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read OEM manuals, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with Maximo or other CMMS platforms preferred.
• Strong technical writing and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, preventive maintenance work orders, and job plans.
• Create and revise documentation within the Maximo CMMS platform.
• Review maintenance instructions against OEM manuals and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Validate labor estimates, task sequencing, and job steps to reflect actual field execution and operational standards.
• Standardize documentation to align with OEM procedures, internal standards, and documentation best practices.
• Produce clear, structured, and user-friendly technical content to improve maintenance efficiency and usability.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, reliability engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather information and validate documentation updates.
• Support document control, configuration management, and data entry activities within Maximo.
• Document technical activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, clarity, and formatting quality across all technical content.
