Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing producing clear, accurate docs.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts.
• Strong editing, grammar, syntax, and formatting skills.
• Experience with document control and records management processes.
• Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and CM functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical writing support for new and existing documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs to create, revise, and implement technical specifications, reports, manuals, and procedures.
• Review technical documents for formatting and compliance with standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery of project documentation within budget constraints.
• Develop formats and templates for technical publications.
• Edit and manage documentation to be complete, accurate, and timely.
• Familiarize with products, services, and procedures to produce informed documentation.
• Prioritize and manage multiple documentation tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collect and compile information from various resources for procedures and reports.
• Manage review and approval workflows and resolve feedback.
