Aditi Consulting is seeking a technical writer for maintenance documentation in Pensacola, FL. You will develop and update manuals, guides, and CMMS entries within Maximo, ensuring accuracy and alignment with OEM specifications.

You will collaborate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and reliability engineers to gather information, validate content, and produce clear reports. The role requires attention to detail and proficiency in Word/Excel and PDF editing tools.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance educational background.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update manuals, guides, and maintenance documentation in Maximo CMMS.
• Validate instructions against OEM manuals and specs for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure labor estimates, steps, and sequencing reflect field execution and standards.
• Standardize documentation to align with OEM procedures and internal norms.
• Produce clear, structured technical content to improve readability of maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, reliability engineers, and cross-functional teams for information gathering and validation.
• Support data entry, document control, and configuration management in Maximo.
• Document technical activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency according to established standards.
