Qualifications

• Creates user documentation for KeyStone and related materials.
• Follows templates and uses Confluence/Jira for progress.
• Ensures clarity, grammar, and consistent styles.

Responsibilities

• Writes user manuals, how-to guides, charts, graphs, and forms.
• Collaborates with teams to determine subject material and publish material.
• Maintains documentation progress in Jira and tracks changes.
• Updates and revises existing documentation as needed.
