Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical writing experience in IT or government programs.

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, write, edit, publish, and improve PMO documents including SOPs.
• Produce and coordinate PMO communications and project plans.
• Support technical communications analysis and coordination across stakeholders.
