Job summary

Seekr is seeking a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve documentation for Seekr products, focusing on self-hosted installation, deployment, configuration, and workflows. You will collaborate with Platform, DevOps, Product, Engineering, and Design to document SeekrFlow and SeekrGuard across environments including dedicated hardware and cloud infrastructure.

This hands-on role requires independent work, clear communication with technical stakeholders, and adherence to documentation

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a tech environment or equivalent practical experience.
Experience documenting SaaS, APIs, SDKs, cloud, self-hosted software, or enterprise software.
Strong written communication with a developer-focused user experience.
Ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders.
Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows, Git, and Markdown.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and improve documentation for Seekr products and deployment workflows (installation, configuration, API/SDK docs, and troubleshooting).
Document self-hosted and hardware installation workflows across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and other infrastructure.
Collaborate with Platform, DevOps, Product, Engineering, and Design to gather technical details and clarify requirements.
Maintain documentation within established information architecture, style templates, and review processes.
Identify gaps and user pains, propose practical improvements and updates.
