Job summary

Seekr is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the full commercial and technical arc of enterprise engagements, from understanding the customer’s business to production deployment and measurable value realization.

You’ll collaborate across Engineers, Product Designers, and Strategists to turn complex problems into high-impact use cases, travel 25–50% as needed, and drive outcomes with SeekrFlow-based solutions in a hybrid role across Reston, VA and Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Translate business problems into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Draft user stories and shape customer solutions around real needs.
• Experience shipping software, managing enterprise engagements or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own solution definition and translate business problems into requirements.
• Understand customer domains and identify high-impact use cases.
• Draft and drive full-production deployment plans and turn prototypes into production-grade AI systems.
• Guide customers through AI adoption and act as strategic advisor and escalation point.
• Own engagement health, scope, and value delivery with sales and account teams.
• Define the business case, quantify impact, and ensure ROI.
