Zusammenfassung

Seekr seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams and deploy AI systems in production. You will operationalize PoCs, deploy SeekrFlow, and containerize microservices for Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑prem environments.

You will fine-tune LLMs, build data pipelines, and develop agentic workflows while ensuring security, compliance, and explainability. A strong foundation in cloud-native tooling and collaboration with client stakeholders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science (advanced degree a plus).
• 6+ years in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering with production deployments.
• Experience deploying containerized apps to Kubernetes across cloud providers and on-prem with Docker and Helm.
• Producing enterprise-grade AI systems with security, compliance and performance.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on AI/ML/LLM frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain) including fine-tuning and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript and rapid learning.
• Ability to translate client needs into deployed solutions and travel 25-50%.

Aufgaben

• Operationalizing AI PoCs into production-grade systems.
• Deploying SeekrFlow and agent apps in customer environments (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
• Packaging containerized services for Kubernetes clusters using Docker and Helm; manage upgrades/rollbacks.
• Configuring platform auth (SSO/SAML, OIDC).
• Designing data pipelines for LLM training, fine-tuning, and RAG apps.
• Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and agentic workflows with governance.
• Codifying best practices into reusable playbooks and deployment accelerators.
