  • 3+ years of overall work experience.
  • Experience developing technical documentation for federal government or DoD programs.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, user guides, manuals, system docs, and process docs.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting Agile projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document/version control tools (SharePoint, GitLab).
  • Strong editing and formatting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation supporting Navy Reserve data analytics and modernization initiatives.
  • Author and coordinate PMPs, MSRs, FTRs, training materials, validation plans, and procedures.
  • Translate complex data analytics, AI/ML, and governance concepts into clear docs for varied audiences.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts, PMs, and government stakeholders to document requirements and architecture artifacts.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with contract requirements, quality standards, and government standards.
