Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering data analytics, systems engineering, and digital modernization for Navy Reserve initiatives. The role interfaces with government stakeholders to drive strategic direction, prioritization, and contract performance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program leadership, strong communication skills, and experience managing complex DoD contracts in a fast-paced environment.

  • 8+ years of experience leading programs, projects, operations, or technical teams in complex government, defense, or enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, schedules, staffing, risks, and client relationships in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering data analytics, systems engineering, data governance, and digital modernization initiatives for Navy Reserve readiness.
  • Serve as primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor personnel, guiding strategic direction and contract performance.
  • Manage program execution across multiple projects, monitor cost, schedule, performance, risks, staffing, and deliverables to align with mission objectives.
