Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to support Navy Reserve readiness through advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization. You will build dashboards and predictive models leveraging enterprise data sources and modern analytics platforms, collaborating with government stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

The role requires a OLTR degree in a quantitative field, 1+ years of analytics experience, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1+ years of data analytics, statistical modeling, BI, or related work.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive data analysis to support Navy Reserve readiness and decision making.
• Develop, test, and maintain data models, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products from enterprise data sources.
• Support design and implementation of AI/ML models to improve forecasting, risk analysis, readiness optimization, and operational decision support.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and government stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data.
