Job summary

AlexRenew is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Technical Specialist to design, deliver, evaluate employee training that strengthens technical competency and improves organizational performance. You will support onboarding, leadership and professional development, apprenticeship coordination, licensing, and cross-training for Operations and Maintenance staff.

You will maintain training data in ADP Workforce Now and LMS, organize content in SharePoint, coordinate instructors and schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, training, or related field (or equivalent mix).
• Five years of experience in learning and talent development or related.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs (classroom, hands-on, one-on-one, group).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deliver and evaluate training programs to develop workforce capability and strengthen technical competency.
• Coordinate onboarding, leadership and professional development, apprenticeship coordination, licensing support, and cross-training.
• Identify training needs with departments and SMEs; create curricula and materials; track completion and measure program effectiveness.
• Maintain training data in ADP Workforce Now and LMS; organize training materials and resources in SharePoint.
• Coordinate instructors and schedules; monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
