Job summary

AlexRenew is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Technical Specialist to design, implement, deliver, and evaluate employee training programs that strengthen technical competency and improve organizational performance. The role supports onboarding, leadership development, apprenticeship coordination, licensing support, and cross-training for Operations and Maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education, training, organizational development or related field preferred.
• Five years’ experience in learning and talent development, HR, or training.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs (classroom, hands-on, one-on-one).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and talent development strategies using adult learning methods.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule relevant employee training.
• Support the Apprenticeship program, including coordinating instructors and registrations.
• Assess training needs and feedback to improve leadership and career development programs.
• Maintain training data in HR systems and LMS.
• Serve as hands-on trainer for Operations and Maintenance topics.
• Organize and maintain training materials in SharePoint.
• Identify subject matter experts and coordinate training delivery.
