Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions across our manufacturing facilities. You will partner with HR, leaders, and SMEs to identify learning needs, create role-based training, manage learning systems, and measure impact.

Training may be in person, virtual, or blended, with travel to local TAS locations as needed. You will design content using adult-learning principles, facilitate sessions, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing and delivering training for a manufacturing company.
• At least 2–4 years of human resources experience.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and internet; detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• 2 years of experience with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and data; align objectives with business priorities.
• Translate needs into measurable learning objectives, curricula, and training plans.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning content using design principles and tools.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and leaders; adapt delivery to audiences.
• Serve as LMS administrator: course setup, assignments, tracking, reporting, and data quality.
