Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Training Coordinator based in Auburn Hills, MI. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs blending classroom, simulation, and hands-on practice with Atlas Copco products.

When not training, you will support customers as a Field Service Engineer, performing installation, troubleshooting, and service in production environments. You will manage the training process end-to-end to enable service teams to succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Training Coordination, Trainer, or Technical Instructor within manufacturing/service environments.
• Experience with wireless tools, networking, and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Hands-on field experience with Atlas Copco products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver technical training sessions for Service Division employees.
• Develop and maintain training content, materials, and simulation exercises.
• Facilitate classroom and hands-on instruction using Atlas Copco tools and systems.
• Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and align training with business priorities.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage training schedule, records, and Process Control systems.
• Collect and evaluate feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Use LMS to track and measure development progress.
• Support Field Service operations: installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer service in production environments.
• Document activities, report findings, and recommend improvements.
