Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Saugerties, NY is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to develop, implement, and continuously improve technical training and qualification programs across manufacturing operations. You will establish structured training systems that support employee development, product quality, operational excellence, and workforce readiness.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Human Resources to develop and maintain skills matrices, certification

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Ability to write clear training materials, guides, and SOPs.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain technical training programs and certification processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HR to create skills matrices and assessments.
• Create and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Deliver instructor-led training and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
